How do I create an account?
Creating an account makes online shopping at CuteCircuit quick and easy. Once the first order is completed, you will be able to type in a password on the "Thank You" page to create an account. The shipping address form will be pre-filled on subsequent orders.
Do I need to register to place an order?
No, we have a great Guest Checkout facility which allows you to place an order without registering.
Making a Purchase
How do I make a purchase?
Browse the site and select the items from Ready to Wear Collection that you would like to purchase. When you have selected an item, choose your preferred size and color and then click the ‘add to cart’ button. You can review your items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the ‘shopping cart’ button. You can update your cart by adding and removing items. Our calculator will work out your subtotal, including shipping. Once you have finished, follow the checkout procedure. The Haute Couture Collection can be purchased online as well. As this is a made to measure service we will contact you for taking your measurements and scheduling a fitting with our tailoring department. Please contact us for more information.
Can I order items that are currently out of stock?
If any item from our collections appears to be out of stock please contact us.
How do I know which size to purchase?
The womenswear and menswear measurement charts show standard measurements for every size available as well as size conversions for Europe, US, UK and Japan. You can see all the charts right now by clicking on the links below (these are the same charts available on the products pages).

Can I order an extra battery for my garment?
We sell extra batteries for your garments if you have damage or lost yours. For more information or to place an order please contact us.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards and Maestro debit cards. We do not accept cheques, postal orders or cash. We are unable to accept cards that are due to expire within 1 week of placing an order. We currently do not accept American Express and Diners Club International cards. Card details are checked and verified and products are dispatched once authorisation has been obtained.
What is my credit card security number?
Your credit card security number is the 3 digit number found on the reverse of your card on the far right of the signature strip.
When will I be charged?
If the item you have ordered is in stock then transactions on your card will be taken immediately.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship your products worldwide?
Yes, CuteCircuit ship products anywhere in the world. To calculate shipping costs you need to add your chosen product to the basket and the shipping cost calculator will become available. You will need to add your shipping address and the shipping options will be listed for you automatically so that you can choose your preferred shipping option.
Do you have free shipping?
We have free shipping for orders within the UK only on specific items, the shipping cost is calculated on checkout.
Why do high value orders take slightly longer to be processed?
High value orders take slightly longer as they need to pass through additional security checks.
How long is standard delivery?
Standard delivery for UK orders (including Northern Ireland) is 2 to 3 working days. However you may choose a faster shipping method. The charges for faster shipping vary depending on the weight and size of the item. Occasionally, if you have ordered several products at one time we may deliver such products on different days at no extra shipping cost to you.
How are items delivered?
CuteCircuit only ships via secure courier methods.
How can I track my parcel?
The parcel can be tracked using the tracking number in your Order Confirmation Email.
Is a signature required upon delivery?
Yes, a signature will be required as proof of delivery for all orders. We want to make sure that your garment reaches you safely.
Returns
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return an item please contact us. Our customer Service will help you with the return procedure and provide you with a return code.
How do I cancel an order?
Please note: It might not be possible to cancel your order once it is submitted. So, make sure that you really love everything in your cart before clicking on the “Place Order” button. If you submitted your purchase by mistake, please call Customer Service immediately on +44 (0)207 7190320 so that we might attempt to stop it from being shipped, although this may not be possible.
How do I receive my refund?
Refunds will be made to the card used for the original transaction, within 5-10 days of receiving the items for refund. If your card has expired then refunds will be issued via a cheque to the billing account holder. If you return an item without the required paperwork there may be a delay in processing your order and refunding your money. A returning fee will be applied and reduced on the refund amount. This amount will depend on the product purchased.
